What is Beyond Colors?

Beyond Colors replaces traditional card colors with easily distinguishable shapes—squares, triangles, and others—allowing all players to clearly identify cards. This thoughtful design ensures gameplay is enjoyable for everyone.

How to Enable Beyond Colors:

Activating Beyond Colors is simple. In each game (UNO! Mobile, Phase 10: World Tour, and Skip-Bo Mobile), tap your avatar, go to account settings, and select the Beyond Colors deck under card theme options.

Collaboration and Accessibility:

Mattel163 collaborated with colorblind gamers to develop user-friendly symbols. This initiative is part of Mattel’s larger commitment to accessibility, aiming for 80% of their games to be colorblind-accessible by 2025. The development involved experts in color vision deficiency and the global gaming community, exploring solutions such as patterns and tactile clues (where applicable) to ensure color isn't the sole identifier.
