Marvel Rivals March 13 Update Details Revealed

Free Adam Warlock Skin via Twitch Drops

NetEase is rolling out an exciting Marvel Rivals Twitch Drops campaign, offering players the chance to claim a free Adam Warlock skin from Season 1.5. Announced via Twitter (X) on March 12, Season 1.5 Twitch Drops will include exclusive rewards like the Adam Warlock Will of Galacta Spray, Nameplate, and Costume.

The campaign kicks off on March 13 at 7:00 PM PDT and runs until April 3 at 7:00 PM PDT. To unlock these rewards, players need to watch Marvel Rivals streams on Twitch with Drops enabled. Don’t forget to link your Marvel Rivals account to your Twitch account to ensure you receive your rewards.

New Loki and Storm Skins

In addition to the Twitch Drops, NetEase announced on Twitter on March 1 that new skins for Loki and Storm will be available starting March 13 at 7:00 PM PDT / March 14 at 2:00 AM UTC. These Asgardian-themed skins feature the Presidential Attire for Loki and the Goddess of Thunder for Storm.

Storm’s skin showcases her in Asgardian armor, wielding a hammer reminiscent of Mjolnir called Stormcaster. This design draws inspiration from the comics where Storm, after losing her powers, receives the hammer from Loki to regain control over the elements—a twist that ultimately serves Loki’s cunning plans. This marks Storm's first new skin since the game's launch.

Loki’s Presidential Attire, first seen during the Marvel Rivals beta test, is now accessible to all players. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of other skins from the beta, such as the Spider-Punk costume for Spider-Man and the Steampunk-themed costume for Iron Man.

Marvel Rivals has unveiled the patch notes for the upcoming update on their official website on March 12, 2025. The update will go live on March 13 at 2:00 AM PDT without any server downtime, allowing players to jump back into the action immediately.

The update addresses several issues, including problems with the voice chat overlay, frame rate affecting sensitivity, and failed message sending. It also resolves character clipping issues and includes multiple fixes for various hero skills and abilities.

Additionally, Marvel Rivals has released a separate page detailing hero balance adjustments. Human Torch will see a boost in his primary attack damage and Ultimate Ability, Iron Man will have his mid-range offensive capabilities balanced, and Cloak and Dagger will receive enhancements to their healing capabilities.
