Pokemon GO Fest 2025: Dates, Locations, and Event Details

Get ready for Pokémon GO Fest 2025! Niantic is breaking tradition and announcing the dates early this year. Three in-person events are planned for June 2025, across three exciting locations.

Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Dates & Locations:

• Osaka, Japan: May 29 – June 1
• Jersey City, New Jersey, USA: June 6 – June 8
• Paris, France: June 13 – June 15

Tickets aren't on sale yet, but now's the time to plan your travel and PTO! Past events required choosing a single day within the weekend window.

While no global event is confirmed for 2025, a virtual GO Fest is likely to follow, sometime in late June or early July, mirroring previous years.

What to Expect:

While specific details are scarce at this early stage (Niantic is currently focused on the upcoming GO Tour: Unova), Pokémon GO Fests typically feature exciting Pokémon debuts, increased raid activity, special spawns, shiny Pokémon releases, and other bonuses. Last year's event introduced Necrozma and the Fusion mechanic. Expect more exciting reveals soon after the GO Tour: Unova concludes in February 2025.
