Arbois, King of the Forest, Joins Wizardry Variants Daphne as New Legendary Adventurer

Wizardry Variants Daphne, the beloved mobile rendition of the classic dungeon-crawling RPG series, is set to enrich its roster with the introduction of a new legendary-tier character, Arbois, King of the Forest. This addition coincides with the launch of the new Fighter Proving Grounds event, a unique dungeon that comes with its own set of challenging entry conditions.

So, who is Arbois? This regal elf, known as the Lord of the Deep Forest, leads a formidable group of thieves. His signature move, Astral Break, inflicts earth-type physical damage to a target, bypassing their defense power. Additionally, it enhances the action speed of Arbois and his allies positioned in front of or behind him for four turns. Under the effect of his Lord of the Deep Forest leadership, evil and neutral allies adjacent to Arbois gain increased evasion and action speed. However, Arbois is a limited-time addition; you can only recruit him through the Unique Remains: Lord of the Deep Forest event and Remains of the Extraordinary Thief Who United the Deep Forest, available until April 30th.

As for the Fighter Proving Grounds event, this limited-time dungeon, open until April 16th, challenges you to venture in with only three adventurers—either fighters or wanderers. Your mission is to locate the Master within the dungeon and learn the coveted secret arts of the fighter. The event also features Ruler of the Deep Forest missions, exclusive to this area, where you can earn Unique Remains: Lord of the Deep Forest and up to 400 Marks of Fighter Mastery.
