Avowed Celebrates First Month with Major Update and Enhanced Features

Just one month after its release and Game Pass debut, Obsidian and Xbox Game Studios have released a celebratory new trailer for Avowed. The video highlights the overwhelmingly positive critical reception of this action-RPG, showcasing select reviews and quotes from gaming journalists.

This latest update delivers significant performance boosts thanks to the addition of DLSS 4, incorporating Multi-Frame Generation, Super Resolution, and DLAA. NVIDIA's testing shows a remarkable performance increase, with frame rates potentially tripling at maximum 4K settings, reaching up to an impressive 340 FPS. Further announcements regarding future support and a content roadmap are promised by the developers in the coming weeks.

Beyond the technical improvements, this update also enhances the overall player experience. Players now earn an extra talent point every five levels, with retroactive awards automatically granted to existing players upon loading the game.
