Battle Crush Announces EOS Just Few Months After Early Access Launch

NCSoft has announced the end of service (EOS) for its multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), Battle Crush, a surprising move given the game never reached its full release. Following a global test in August 2023 and early access in June 2024, the game is shutting down just months later.

Battle Crush EOS Date:

The game servers will officially shut down on November 29th, 2024. In-game purchases have already ceased. However, refunds are available for purchases made between June 27th, 2024, and October 23rd, 2024.

Android and Steam players can request refunds from December 2nd, 2024, to January 2025. Remember to download any desired content by November 28th, 2024, as the game will become inaccessible afterward. The official website will remain online until May 30th, 2025, for support inquiries. Social media and Discord will be deactivated on January 31st, 2025.

Unexpected Closure?

The announcement has understandably disappointed players who invested time and effort into Battle Crush. While enjoyable, the game's somewhat clunky controls and pacing issues likely contributed to its premature closure. The game fell short of expectations, lacking the polish needed to thrive.

You can still experience Battle Crush on the Google Play Store before the November 29th shutdown. For more gaming news, check out our upcoming article on the story-driven Autumn Season quests in Black Desert Mobile.
