Bennett Takes The Spotlight Again In Upcoming Genshin Impact 5.0 Livestream

The Natlan hype is reaching fever pitch, with no signs of slowing. Genshin Impact's announcement of the Natlan special program date has ignited the community. This Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4), the livestream will premiere on Twitch and YouTube.

The special program poster, "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," promises a wealth of Natlan reveals, from official banners to free rewards.

The Bennett Question: Generous Gift or Disappointment?

Let's tackle the elephant in the room: free Bennett. While many anticipated a free Kachina, the Natlan native, Hoyoverse has opted for Bennett, the adventurous 4-star character.

Rumours suggest Bennett's Natlan origins make him a suitable choice. He'll be obtainable via a world quest. However, Kachina won't be a free addition, defying the usual tradition of providing a free character from the new region to aid exploration.

A Bounty of Free Wishes

The free wishes are generating significant excitement. The final count appears to be 115. Completing all Version 5.0 content yields this number. However, players with less time can still expect approximately 90 free wishes.

Version 5.0 launches August 28th, coinciding with Genshin's 4th anniversary. This means additional rewards. A 7-day login event will offer ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a pet, and a gadget. Combining this with daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, players could accumulate around 18,435 Primogems, or 115 wishes.
