Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility. A malfunctioning elevator leads to a gas mask breach, triggering hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, ascend the stairs, and find the elevator in the central hall.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator summons zombie mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies appear; eliminate them. A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination upon approach. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from its remains.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher ledges and return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility using the grappling hook from near the security desk. Answer the ringing phone. Find four documents and place them in the file display area. Mannequins will pursue; sprint to maintain distance while collecting documents.

After placing the documents, a red mannequin attacks. Use the grappling hook repeatedly to subdue it, transforming it into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat the Mangler to obtain the Green card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber with camera stands; the Blue card is nearby. Interacting with it spawns a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure the Mimic out and eliminate it to get the Blue card.

Securing the Red Card

Head to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through the red tunnel. Climb the ladders and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight code.

Activate the console, triggering a 25-second timer to turn drain switches. One is in the initial room, another in the blacklight-unlocked room, and the final one requires the grappling hook. After draining the water, pursue the Mangler, defeat it and its horde to obtain the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk and insert all four cards. Take the elevator to the top floor. A phone call leads to a confrontation with countless zombies and the Disciple. Eliminate them to complete the mission, revealing the final encounter to be a hallucination.
