Call of Duty Black Ops 6 Unveils Zombie Map for Season Two

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Season 2 introduces "The Tomb," a new Zombies map launching January 28th. This map continues the storyline from "Citadelle des Morts," the Season 1 Reloaded addition.

The Tomb will be the fourth Zombies map in Black Ops 6, following Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. It's described as structurally similar to Liberty Falls, featuring catacombs built over ancient burial grounds. Returning playable characters include Weaver, Grey, Garver, and Maya.

Treyarch promises Easter eggs and a new Wonder Weapon inspired by previous entries in the franchise. Additionally, they've teased callbacks to older Zombies maps, enhanced Pack-a-Punch camos, and the return of a historically significant SMG.

The full Season 2 reveal, including more details on The Tomb, is scheduled for next week. However, the January 28th release date is confirmed. The ambitious release schedule raises questions about Treyarch's capacity, given their rumored involvement in the 2025 Call of Duty title. Despite this, future Zombies content is guaranteed.
