Camping Guide for Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & the Envisioned Land
Embarking on your adventure through the enchanting Ligneus Region in *Atelier Yumia* with your friends, you'll soon discover the joy of setting up camp. It's a fantastic way to bond with your companions and enjoy some downtime. But figuring out where and when to establish your camp can be a bit tricky. Here's your comprehensive guide on how to camp in *Atelier Yumia*.
How to Craft a Camping Set in Atelier Yumia
Unlocking the art of crafting Camping Sets becomes possible through Simple Synthesis after you've successfully cleared the manabound Dux Lighthouse. This marks your first encounter with a manabound area in the storyline. Once you've established a base on the newly revealed land, make your way back to the Ligneus Survey Base and have a chat with Erhard. This conversation will unlock the camping feature for you.
To craft a Camping Set, gather the following materials, which are conveniently found around the Ligneus Survey Base:
- 5% Energy
- 3 Wood
- 2 Water
- 5 Fiber
- 2 Charcoal
Water can be sourced from wells scattered across the region, or by harvesting plants along riverbanks, which also provides fiber. Charcoal is produced when you strike ore. With these materials ready, navigate to the Simple Synthesis menu, ensuring you have a 4×4 space available for crafting. If space is unavailable, your crafted Camping Set will be stored in your stash at the Atelier or one of your bases.
Where to Camp in Atelier Yumia
With your Camping Set secured in your Exploration Bag, you're ready to set up camp. Choose an open area as you won't be able to camp on narrow cliffs or in dense forests. The game offers various campsites, such as the River Campsite near the Ligneus Survey Base, perfect for establishing a temporary base. Use the radial menu to check if the Camping option is available; if it's greyed out, you'll need to find a different spot.
What to Do While Camping in Atelier Yumia
Camping in *Atelier Yumia* is more than just a place to rest; it's your only opportunity to cook the delicious food you've gathered during your explorations. It's crucial to set up camp before tackling challenging bosses or entering manabound areas, especially on higher difficulties, to ensure you're at your best.
Additionally, camping provides a unique chance to engage in conversations with your companions. These dialogues, while not pivotal to the storyline, offer deeper insights into their personalities and strengthen your bonds.
And that's everything you need to know to enjoy camping in *Atelier Yumia: The Alchemist of Memories & The Envisioned Land*. Happy adventuring!
