"Demanding a Trade in MLB The Show 25: A Guide"
In the world of *MLB The Show 25*, sometimes the grass really is greener on the other side. That's why it's great that you don't have to be stuck with one team forever in San Diego Studio's baseball title. Here’s how you can demand a trade in *MLB The Show 25* Road to the Show.
How To Get Traded in MLB The Show 25 Road to the Show
Once you've wrapped up your high school career in *MLB The Show 25* Road to the Show, you face a choice: continue to hone your skills in college or dive straight into the pros with the team that drafted you. No matter which path you choose, you have the power to decide your ultimate destination in the big leagues. This makes planning your career easier because you know exactly what situation you're walking into. However, the fast-paced nature of professional sports means a change of scenery can be refreshing.
In previous versions of Road to the Show, you could request a trade once you reached the majors. But in *MLB The Show 25*, this direct option is no longer available. Don't worry, though—there's a clever workaround to get you to a new team sooner rather than later.
Navigate to the Sliders section in the Road to the Show settings, where you'll find an option called "Trade Frequency." This setting determines how often trades occur within the mode. By sliding this setting all the way to the right, you increase the frequency of trades, including your own potential move. However, don't expect immediate action; other teams need to take notice of you first before they'll reach out about acquiring you.
Once there's buzz about you around the league, your agent will inform you, and eventually, trade offers will start coming in. Take your time to decide where you want to go, but remember, there's no guarantee that teams will keep reaching out. Once you've locked in on a destination and are happy with it, make the move, and upon arriving at your new clubhouse, slide the Trade Frequency slider back down to minimize further trade requests.
And that's how you demand a trade in *MLB The Show 25* Road to the Show. If you're looking for more tips, check out the best pitching settings for the new sports game.
