Does Avowed Have New Game Plus?

For avid gamers who revel in replaying a game's main quest with enhanced difficulty and accumulated skills and gear, the concept of New Game Plus is a dream come true, particularly in RPGs. However, *Avowed* does not offer this feature at launch. Fans have been vocal about their desire for a New Game Plus mode, and there's a possibility that Obsidian might introduce it in a future update or DLC, responding to community feedback.

Even without New Game Plus, *Avowed* remains replayable due to its rich choice-driven narrative and gameplay mechanics. Starting a new save to explore different endings and character builds can be a compelling reason to dive back into the game.

Does Avowed Have Endgame Content?

*Avowed* is designed with four main regions, a secret finale area, and a revisit to a key city, which we won't spoil here. These areas are crucial for players to fully utilize their progression, particularly with the need for Legendary Quality Weapons and Gear to tackle the challenges ahead.

While the final areas provide a thrilling experience, they do not extend to earlier regions, nor do they unlock new ones. Unfortunately, once you've completed *Avowed*, you can't explore how your choices have reshaped the Living Lands, which might leave you wanting more.

What You Can Do After You Beat Avowed

Without New Game Plus and lacking substantial endgame content, *Avowed's* post-game offerings are somewhat limited. After defeating the final boss, you'll be treated to animatic cutscenes that illustrate the consequences of your choices on the world and its inhabitants. Once these scenes conclude, you'll return to the Main Menu.

From the Main Menu, you have the option to embark on a new journey with a different Envoy or reload a previous save. Autosaves are available just before the point of no return and before the final encounter, allowing you to replay these sections and experiment with different decisions to see varied story outcomes.

Reloading to a save before the point of no return also lets you revisit earlier regions. This is your chance to complete the map, earn achievements, finish side quests, and collect any items you missed. With your upgraded gear, returning to early areas like Dawnshore can be a fun and rewarding experience.
