The Lightning Bolt recipe requires:

• One Lamprey
• Two Lightning Spice
• One Sweet Ingredient

Acquiring Ingredients

Stygian Mudskipper: This rare fish resides in the Mythopia biome within Storybook Vale. Unlocking Mythopia requires 2,000 Story Magic. Look for golden ripples in the water; patience is key as it's a rare find.
