Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero Coming to Nintendo Switch 2, Hints Saudi Ratings Board

Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has been rated for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, even though there hasn't been an official announcement about its release on the new console yet.

While we await official confirmation, a now-deleted tweet from the Saudi General Authority of Media Regulation, which was shared on the Gaming Leaks and Rumours subreddit, suggests otherwise.

"Experience the fighting action in the latest game Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero. Available on Nintendo Switch 2, featuring 3D battles and storylines that change based on your choices," the tweet stated before being taken down. It also confirmed that the game had received a 12+ rating.

In our IGN Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero review, we scored it a 7/10, stating: "Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero is a final flash from the past, sometimes to a fault, but the feeling of traveling back to a simpler time when games didn’t have to be balanced or competitive to be fun is still a good one."

Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 went live on April 24, with the price set at $449.99. As expected, they sold out quickly. On the same day, Nintendo issued a warning to U.S. customers who pre-ordered from the My Nintendo Store, noting that due to high demand, release date delivery could not be guaranteed.
