Epic Games Store Offers Free Super Meat Boy Forever and Eastern Exorcist
Epic Games has delighted gamers once again by announcing that their free games program is now transitioning from monthly to weekly giveaways. This week, the Epic Games Store is offering Super Meat Boy Forever and Eastern Exorcist at no cost. You have until March 27th to add these exciting titles to your library. Unlike their usual practice, Epic Games has decided to keep the identity of next week's freebies a mystery, adding an extra layer of anticipation for gamers.
Super Meat Boy Forever reintroduces the challenging platforming experience fans loved in the original, but with a twist: it's now an auto-runner. Instead of controlling every move, you'll focus on timing your jumps and attacks perfectly as you navigate through a maze of deadly traps like sawblades. Whether you prefer using a controller or the responsive touch controls, Super Meat Boy Forever maintains the precision and difficulty that made its predecessor a hit.
On the other hand, Eastern Exorcist offers a darker, more serious tone as a side-scrolling action RPG. Set in a world inspired by Chinese and Japanese folklore, you step into the shoes of an exorcist battling demons and supernatural entities. The game stands out with its hand-drawn art, which beautifully captures the eerie atmosphere, complemented by unique character designs and stunning cut scenes. Both Super Meat Boy Forever and Eastern Exorcist are available for download from the Epic Games Store on Android.
There Are Other New Games Too
In addition to the free games, Epic Games is broadening its mobile game offerings. New additions to their catalogue include Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead, MR RACER: Premium, The Forest Quartet, and The WereCleaner, available on both Android and iOS. For Android users specifically, Epic Games has introduced a selection of exclusive titles such as Bowling Clash, Endling – Extinction is Forever, Chicken Police – Paint it RED, One Hand Clapping, Neighbours Back From Hell, This is The Police, This is The Police 2, This is The President, and Through the Darkest of Times.
Before you go, don't miss out on our coverage of Alcyone: The Last City, an upcoming sci-fi visual novel that promises multiple endings and a captivating storyline.
