Farlight 84 Unveils 'Hi, Buddy!' Expansion with Pets

Farlight 84 has just released an exciting new expansion titled "Hi, Buddy!" that's available as of today. This update brings a plethora of new features, including the innovative Buddy System, fresh events, and revamped maps, ensuring players have more reasons to dive back into the action.

The star of the "Hi, Buddy!" expansion is undeniably the Buddy System. These adorable companions, aptly named Buddies, are set to bring a touch of charm to the battlefield. Not just for show, these Buddies actively assist players during gameplay, making them valuable allies.

There are two categories of Buddies to collect: Common Buddies and the rarer Archon Buddies. Common Buddies, such as Buzzy, Morphdrake, Petal Peeper, Smokey, Snatchpaw, Squeaky, Sparky, and Zephy, are easier to capture and offer useful abilities. On the other hand, Archon Buddies like Time Dominator and Storm Empress are much harder to come by but boast extraordinary powers. Time Dominator can shift the Safe Zone in its direction, while Storm Empress can summon a massive tornado that lifts and inflicts damage on enemies over time.

To capture these Buddies, players need to use Buddy Orbs, which are scattered throughout the map. These Orbs can also hold up to six tactical items, adding another layer of utility to them. The Sunder Realms map has undergone a significant transformation with new terrains, structures, and landmarks. Players can now slide down ramps, take cover in upgraded buildings, and spot unique sights like giant duck statues and floating boulders, enhancing the visual and strategic depth of the game.

Additionally, the new Tactical Core system allows players to earn Trait points as they level up, which can be used to enhance their hero's skills and unlock new abilities. To fully maximize these upgrades, players will need to collect Trait Activation Cards, adding an extra layer of strategy and engagement.

The expansion also introduces exciting new events such as the Buddy Showdown and Rare Consolidation Event, both offering fantastic rewards like skins and loot boxes.
