Mastering Energy Crystal Acquisition in Fisch: A Comprehensive Guide

The Northern Expedition update introduced Fisch, a challenging location with exceptional rewards. This guide details acquiring all four Energy Crystals, crucial for accessing the Heaven's Rod storage location.

What are Energy Crystals?

Energy Crystals are quest items required to solve the Glacial Grotto puzzle, unlocking the coveted Heaven's Rod. Four crystals are needed.

Blue Energy Crystal Location

The easiest to obtain, the Blue Crystal is located near the mountain base. Ascend the mountain's left side from the Northern Summit until reaching the campsite. A small cave contains the crystal, encased in ice. A Pickaxe (purchased at the next campsite) is needed to retrieve it.

Green Energy Crystal Location

Located in a large cave with a pond near the second campsite (where Pickaxes are sold). Interact with the "???" NPC within the cave to receive the crystal.

Coordinates: (X: 19871, Y: 447, Z: 5552)

Yellow Energy Crystal Location

The most challenging to acquire, the Yellow Crystal only appears during the Avalanche event (triggered randomly or via the Totem). Locate the designated ledge between the second and third campsites.

Coordinates: (X: 19501, Y: 335, Z: 5549) (Avalanche event required)

Red Energy Crystal Location

Obtainable last. After collecting the other crystals, interact with the NPC near the mountaintop crystals. Activate red buttons on five islands: Moosewood Island, Snowcap Island, Forsaken Shores, Roslit Bay, and Ancient Isle. Return to the NPC to receive the Red Crystal (purchase for 250,000C$ or attempt a riskier theft).

Final Steps:

Insert all four crystals into the large crystals atop the mountain to access Heaven's Rod (costs 1,750,000C$).
