Obtaining Master Chief

Cost: 1,500 V-Bucks

As of December 23rd, 7 PM ET, Master Chief is available for purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop. The purchase includes the Master Chief outfit (featuring his Halo Infinite armor) and the free Battle Legend Back Bling.

While a LEGO style isn't currently available, you can also purchase additional Halo-themed items as part of the Master Chief Bundle or individually:

Unlocking the Matte Black Master Chief Style

Good news! The Matte Black style for the Master Chief outfit is still unlockable. To obtain this stylish variant:

1. Purchase the Master Chief outfit.
2. Play one match of Fortnite Battle Royale on an Xbox Series X|S.

This will automatically unlock the Matte Black style for your Master Chief skin. Previous statements suggesting this style was no longer available have been corrected.
