FragPunk: A New Multiplayer Shooter Released on PC

FragPunk, a new 5v5 multiplayer first-person shooter, has launched on PC, receiving a mixed 67% rating on Steam. Its unique feature is the use of fragment-cards that dynamically change combat rules mid-match, creating diverse and unpredictable gameplay. Developers describe the cards as combinable, counteracting, and adding tactical depth to the core experience.

Players can choose from 13 unique launchers, each with special abilities, catering to both solo and team-based playstyles.

However, Bad Guitar, FragPunk's developer, has announced an unexpected delay for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions. Originally scheduled for March 6th, the console launch was postponed two days prior due to unforeseen technical issues. A new release date is yet to be announced, but the developers promise to keep players informed.
