Naruto: Konoha Ninpōchō (2003)
The inaugural entry in the Path of the Ninja series, Naruto: Konoha Ninpōchō, launched in 2003 exclusively in Japan for the Bandai WonderSwan Color handheld system. This console, released in 1999, never saw a global release. The game's narrative centers around the Land of Waves arc, augmented by additional missions featuring Team 7.
- Naruto: Konoha Senki (2003)
Another Japan-only release, Naruto: Konoha Senki, developed by Tomy for the Game Boy Advance, arrived in 2003. It adapts the anime's first 70 episodes, encompassing the Land of Waves and Chūnin Exams arcs. Initially, players control only Team 7 and Kakashi, with additional characters unlockable upon progression.
- Naruto: Path of the Ninja (2004)
Interestingly, Naruto: Path of the Ninja, also a Tomy production (2004), holds the third position in the series. Initially a Nintendo DS exclusive in Japan, it later received a global Game Boy Advance port. The game's storyline covers the early anime arcs, culminating in the Chūnin Exams.

- Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2 (2006)
The concluding chapter, Naruto: Path of the Ninja 2, developed by Tomy and initially released in Japan in 2006, saw a worldwide Nintendo DS launch in 2008. Unlike its predecessors, it features an original, non-canon storyline centered around the Three Ryūdōin Brothers and a unique Anbu ally character.
