The guards are spaced out enough that you can either knock them out, use distractions, or sneak past them without much trouble.

At the summit, you confront Istvan Toth. This encounter doesn't affect the quest's best ending, so consider taking the dishonorable path if you're unsure about your combat skills, especially since your weakened state makes dueling risky. After dealing with Toth, search the area to recover everyone's belongings and important documents.

Start by taking the right path and continue uphill. This leads to a larger path patrolled by guards, but it's the route to Mika, who has been captured. Sneak up behind the guard, neutralize him, and free Mika. This action saves your progress and provides you with Mika's directions to your next objective.

The final stretch involves a prolonged stealth sequence. Follow the locations marked on your map according to Mika's instructions, heading towards the edge of the region. Move east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia, then proceed southward, using the bushes for cover to stay hidden from guards. The area might seem expansive, but you only need to reach about halfway to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards and slip past them when necessary. Once the cutscene starts, your part in "Storm" concludes, leading you to the Kuttenberg Region.
