Unlocking Domain Expansion
Jujutsu Infinite offers two Domain types: Incomplete and Full Domain Expansion.
- Incomplete Domain: Unlocked upon completing the final story segment (Level 420). Functions similarly to a Full Domain, but innate abilities lack full area-of-effect (AoE).
- Full Domain Expansion: The culmination of the Mastery path for specific Legendary and Special Grade Cursed Techniques. Located in the Innate Skills menu (far right of the Mastery path), requiring a Domain Shard and Mastery Level 250 in the relevant Innate Technique.
Obtaining Domain Shards
Domain Shards are rare and valuable. Acquisition methods include:
- Curse Market NPC: This shop (periodically refreshed) may sell Domain Shards for Demon Fingers and Jade Lotuses.
- Chests: A low-probability loot drop from chests. Consider luck-enhancing consumables.
- Trading: Players can trade Domain Shards.
- World Loot: Shards may appear on the map; the Item Notifier (2,699 Robux gamepass) aids in locating them.
Utilizing Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion is your ultimate ability.
- Equip: Select it via the Skills menu.
- Activate: Fill the Domain Meter by damaging enemies, then press the assigned hotkey.
Within your Domain, innate skills gain full AoE, become undodgeable, and offensive/defensive stats increase by 50% (Incomplete Domains only receive the stat boost).
Domain Clashing
Simultaneous Domain Expansions trigger a minigame: Time your LMB (M1) presses to align the red line within the blue sections of the meter. The victor expands their Domain, depleting the opponent's Domain Meter.
Defending Against Domain Expansion
Several defensive options exist:
- Simple Domain: (Technique tree, 20 SP) Creates a small area within an enemy's Domain, negating its effects.
- Hollow Wicker Basket: (Unlockable technique) Negates enemy Domain effects but prevents using innate techniques.
- Heavenly Restriction: (1699 Robux gamepass) Ignores most sure-hit effects within a Domain.
