Kingdom Come: Deliverance – A Comprehensive Guide to Achievements and Trophies

With the sequel on the horizon and the recent Epic Games Store giveaway, now's the perfect time to dive into the acclaimed medieval RPG, Kingdom Come: Deliverance (KCD). For achievement hunters, this means tackling the game's 82 Achievements and 83 Trophies. While some are earned naturally, others demand focused effort and strategic choices. Due to conflicting achievements, completing all in one playthrough is impossible, and some are DLC-exclusive.

Base Game Achievements & Trophies

Buddy	Save Lord Capon from the Cumans.	During "The Prey," protect Lord Capon.
Fatso	Maintain a Nourishment score above 100 for two days.	Consistently eat and drink.
Scrooge	Accumulate 5,000 Groschen.	Sell loot and complete quests.
Sinner	Get drunk with Father Godwin.	During "Mysterious Ways," refuse to convince the priest; later, drink with Father Godwin at the tavern.
Ranger	Walk over 50 km.	Earned naturally through exploration.
Runt	Kill Runt.	Unmissable during "Baptism of Fire"; doesn't prevent "Merciful" achievement.
Casanova	Court Lady Stephanie.	Complete quests for Lady Stephanie in Talmberg and accept her advances.
Anorectic	Starve for three days.	Let your Nourishment drop below 50 and avoid eating for three days.
McLovin	Court Theresa.	Spend time with Theresa, choosing kind dialogue options.
Bookworm	Read 20 books.	Learn to read from the Uzhitz scribe and collect books.
Convict	Spend three days in prison.	Commit crimes and get caught. Days don't need to be consecutive.
Insomniac	Stay awake for two days and nights.	Avoid sleeping.
Thief	Steal 30,000 Groschen worth of items.	Improve lockpicking and steal valuable items.
Monk	Become a monk.	Complete the "If You Can't Beat 'Em" questline.
Traveler	Discover all map locations.	Explore and discover all settlements.
Bad Trip	Dance with the Devil.	Participate in the "Playing with the Devil" side quest in Uzhitz.
Firestarter	Get jailed in Skalitz.	Commit a crime in Skalitz before progressing in the main quest.
Haggler	Save 2,000 Groschen by haggling.	Consistently haggle with merchants.
Conqueror	Conquer the enemy camp in Vranik.	Complete the "Payback" main quest.
Bastard	Discover your real father's identity.	Part of the "The Die is Cast" main quest.
Plague Doctor	Heal all the sick in Merhojed.	Complete the "Pestilence" side quest.
Ginger	Save Ginger from bandits.	Kill the bandits during "Ginger in a Pickle."
Serial Killer	Kill 200 people.	Kill 200 NPCs (all NPCs and characters count).
Bard	Maximize your Speech skill.	Reach level 20 Speech by conversing and passing speech checks.
Robber Baron	Complete the "Robber Baron" quest.	Unlocked after completing "Next to Godliness."
The End	Complete the main storyline.	Finish the main questline.
Knightrider	Win the Talmberg horse race.	Win the race during "Sport of Kings."
Arena Master	Obtain a complete set of armor from the Rattay tourney.	Win the Rattay tournament five times.
Hunter	Hunt 50 game animals.	Hunt deer, boars, and other animals.
Talmberger	Complete all optional objectives in the "Siege" quest.	Complete additional objectives given by various characters during the siege.
Level Cap	Reach maximum level.	Level up your character to the maximum level.
Spoilsport	Sabotage all three executions.	Sabotage the executions during "Money for Old Rope."
Freud	Learn about Erik's past.	Successfully pass multiple checks during "Family Values."
Kingdom Did Not Come	Die for the first time in Hardcore Mode.	Die in Hardcore Mode.
Master Huntsman	Ensure Hanekin Hare survives after "Sheep in Wolf's Clothing" and complete "Cherchez la Femme."	Complete these quests with Hanekin Hare surviving.
Completionist	Complete all quests (excluding DLC).	Complete 80 out of 105 quests (released before DLC).
King Charming	Achieve high reputation in every town and village.	Reach at least 81 reputation in all major towns.
Gambler	Win 1,000 Groschen in dice games.	Win dice games. Weighted dice can help.
Stealth Killer	Stealth kill 20 enemies.	Kill 20 enemies using stealth and a dagger. Guards and innocent NPCs don't count.
Edward Kelly	Brew 15 types of potions.	Collect unique potion recipes and brew them.
David Horak	Collect 10,000 herbs.	Collect herbs.
Fighter	Perform 100 combat combos.	Practice combos, e.g., against Captain Bernard during training.
Alcoholic	Become addicted to alcohol.	Get drunk frequently without eating.
Sniper	Kill 50 enemies with headshots.	Kill 50 enemies with headshots. Guards and innocent NPCs don't count.
Judas	Betray your friends in "Gallows Brothers."	Betray your friends in the "Gallows Brothers" questline.
Hardcore Henry	Complete the game in Hardcore Mode.	Complete the game in Hardcore Mode.
Virgin	Complete the game without romantic encounters.	Avoid all romantic interactions.
'Tis but a scratch.	Complete the game in Hardcore Mode with all negative perks.	Complete the game in Hardcore Mode with all negative perks.
Pilgrim	Find all wayside shrines and conciliatory crosses.	Locate and interact with 90 art objects.
Merciful	Don't kill anyone during the main questline (except Runt).	Complete the main questline without killing anyone except Runt.
