Liam Hemsworth Debuts as Geralt in 'The Witcher' Season 5 Set Photos

The White Wolf makes his final stand as production for the fifth and concluding season of *The Witcher* is now in full swing. Excitement is building as new set photos, seemingly leaked and shared by the dedicated Witcher fan site Redanian Intelligence, offer fans a glimpse of Liam Hemsworth stepping into the iconic role of Geralt of Rivia. The images showcase Hemsworth donning the character's distinctive long blonde hair, fully embodying the legendary witcher. Alongside him, familiar faces such as Meng'er Zhang as Milva and Joey Batey as Jaskier are seen, both of whom have been integral to the series since Henry Cavill, the former Superman actor, led the cast. Hemsworth's casting as Geralt was announced in October 2022, marking his takeover from Cavill starting with Season 4 and culminating in this final season.

It's not just Cavill who has bid farewell to the series; Kim Bodnia, who brought to life Geralt's mentor Vesemir, will also not return for Season 4 due to scheduling conflicts.
