Earning Lunacy in Limbus Company follows a typical gacha model: plentiful early on, tapering off as you progress.

How to Get Lunacy in Limbus Company

For new players, the main story is your best source. Each chapter yields approximately 390 Lunacy, with an additional 260 for completing missions with an EX rating. Achieving an EX rating (by meeting all mission objectives) grants an extra 40 Lunacy per first-time completion.

First-time Luxcavation stage clears also provide Lunacy, but these are one-time rewards.

Once the main story is completed, Lunacy acquisition slows. Your best strategies then become:

• Complete/EX clear event stages.
• Complete Boosted Mirror Dungeons (up to three per week, resetting Wednesdays, yielding 750 Lunacy total).
• Uptying Identities (reaching Uptie Tier 3 awards 40 Lunacy per Identity).

Uptying (upgrading Sinners' Identities and EGOs) provides a long-term, albeit finite, supply of Lunacy. Reaching Uptie Tier 3 rewards 40 Lunacy, but this requires significant investment in leveling and Threads.
