Elden Ring Max Level Impact: Nightreign's Data Breakdown

by Nicholas Oct 12,2025

During intense Elden Ring Nightreign matches, pausing to analyze stats and mechanics isn't always practical. Nightreign's character progression system is more linear compared to Elden Ring's open-ended approach - but which attributes truly matter? Which stats deliver the best returns?

YouTuber Zullie the Witch extracted hidden gameplay data to reveal these insights. Though Nightreign uses automatic stat allocation, Zullie's analysis shows how these predetermined values scale across levels.

The research uncovered surprising patterns: The initial level-up from 1 to 2 provides substantially greater boosts than subsequent upgrades, making early Sites of Grace crucial. Conversely, levels 13-15 offer diminishing returns for most characters, creating a softcap around level 12 where stat gains become less significant.

The study also revealed uneven scaling across attributes. The Duchess character maintains balanced stat growth despite her B-rank Dexterity and A-rank Intelligence ratings. Strangely, Arcane shows zero progression across all character levels.

For min-maxers, the Recluse emerges as the theoretically strongest character when rebuilt in Elden Ring, thanks to identical Intelligence and Faith scaling that peaks at 51 points each by level 15.

Practical takeaways include Vigor consistently granting 20 HP per point, while early-game Relics with attack bonuses lose effectiveness against other damage sources later.
