Modders have restored content cut from Bloodborne and made it work on PC
The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, restores all cut content from the original game, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. Despite some texture and animation glitches, enemies remain functional.
Magnum Opus significantly alters Bloodborne, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and relocating enemies. The accompanying video showcases several new boss encounters.
While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, with Hidetaka Miyazaki hinting at the possibility, no official announcement has been made. This has left players seeking alternative solutions, such as emulators.
The recent emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders quickly accessed the character editor, though full gameplay remained elusive until now. Videos demonstrating Bloodborne gameplay on PC have surfaced online, though imperfections remain.
