Monoloot Merges Monopoly Go and D&D, Soft Launches in Select Regions

by Brooklyn May 16,2025

If you've found yourself missing the dice-rolling excitement of Monopoly Go, you might want to keep an eye on a new contender in the genre. My.Games, the developers behind popular titles like Rush Royale and Left to Survive, have introduced Monoloot, a fresh take on the dice-based board battler. Currently in soft launch in the Philippines for Android, Monoloot: Dice and Journey offers a unique blend of mechanics reminiscent of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D) and the classic board game feel.

Unlike Monopoly Go, which sticks closely to its original format, Monoloot ventures into new territory with RPG-style battles, castle-building, and hero-upgrading. As you progress, you'll build your own mini army of powerful characters, adding depth to the gameplay. The game's vibrant visuals, which combine 3D and 2D graphics, along with nods to many well-known tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs), make it an exciting prospect.

While it hasn't become unpopular, its growth seems to be slowing down. This makes the timing of My.Games' launch of Monoloot particularly interesting. By leveraging the beloved dice mechanics from Monopoly Go, My.Games is poised to offer a refreshing twist on the genre.
