When Does Every Party Member Join In Metaphor: ReFantazio?

Metaphor: ReFantazio features eight playable characters, including the protagonist. While Gallica is present from the start, her combat role is limited. The remaining seven party members join at specific points in the story, detailed below. Note: Reading further may reveal minor story spoilers regarding party member recruitment.

Party Member Recruitment Timeline:

Each party member awakens to a unique Archetype, usable by any party member once unlocked. Early recruits may be initially AI-controlled before their Archetype activation.

• Strohl (Warrior): Joins on June 5th during the Border Fort events. Awakens and becomes fully playable on June 6th at the Nord Mines.

• Grius: Joins after the Border Fort events, but becomes a playable party member on June 6th after Strohl's awakening. Grius does not undergo an Archetype awakening.

• Hulkenberg (Knight): Begins interacting with the party on June 10th. Awakens and joins the party fully on June 11th during a boss fight.

• Heismay (Thief): Heismay's awakening and party recruitment occur on July 4th within Martira's main dungeon.

• Junah (Masked Dancer): Junah joins the party upon her awakening on August 13th.

• Eupha (Summoner): Eupha's recruitment is flexible. Completing the Dragon Temple Dungeon between August 19th and September 4th (during Viraga Island's free time) adds her to the party for the final boss. Her Bond quest begins after this period.

• Basilio (Berserker): Awakens and joins the party on September 11th during Saint's Day events. He becomes usable in combat the following day.
