Path of Exile 2 introduces Expeditions, a revamped endgame system from the original game. This guide details how to navigate Expeditions, optimize explosive placement, leverage the passive skill tree, and maximize rewards.

Understanding Expeditions

Four major endgame events—Delirium, Breaches, Rituals, and Expeditions—await in PoE 2's Atlas. Expeditions, marked by a light blue spiral icon on the Atlas, are guaranteed with an Expedition Precursor Tablet in a completed Lost Tower slot.

Upon entering an Expedition map, locate the central Detonator and four NPCs. The Detonator, along with a new Explosives UI, is key to the event. Your objective is strategic explosive placement to spawn Runic Monsters, Unearthed Remnants, and Excavated Chests.
