Go Fest 2025: Serene Retreat and Ancient Giants

Pokémon GO is launching its exciting journey towards the global GO Fest 2025 with a packed schedule. Three new themed events are on the horizon, accompanied by the return of legendary titans and the debut of powerful Gigantamax Pokémon.

Pokémon Go Global Go Fest 2025: Event Schedule

The inaugural event, Serene Retreat, takes place from May 30th to June 3rd, 2025. Trainers can encounter Pokémon including Chansey, Marill, Furfrou, Cutiefly, Morelull, Komala, and Hatenna. Lucky players might even discover a shiny Snorlax or Chimecho during their exploration.

In a historic first for Pokémon GO, Gigantamax Rillaboom will appear in challenging six-star Max Battles from May 31st to June 1st, 2025.

The main event, Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global, unfolds on June 28th and 29th. This worldwide celebration connects millions of trainers across the globe, offering free participation from any location. Watch the official announcement video below for all the details.

Purchasing a ticket for Pokémon GO Fest 2025 Global grants access to exclusive bonuses, most notably an encounter with the Mythical Pokémon Volcanion. This marks its global debut following initial appearances in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris.

Preceding the main event, another major celebration awaits!

Ancients Recovered runs from June 23rd to June 27th, 2025, heralding the return of the Legendary Titans and their elemental counterparts. Each day introduces a new five-star raid boss, complemented by a special Raid Hour from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. local time.

The schedule features Regirock, Regice, and Registeel on June 23rd; Regieleki on June 24th; Regidrago on June 25th; Regigigas on June 26th; and a grand finale with all returning on June 27th.

Legendary Pokémon captured during this event will know exclusive moves. Regirock learns Earthquake, Regice masters Thunder, Registeel acquires Zap Cannon, and Regieleki gains Thunder Cage. Regidrago will know both Dragon Breath and Dragon Energy, while Regigigas comes equipped with Crush Grip.

Finally, six-star Max Battles during Ancients Recovered will feature not only Rillaboom's return but also the formidable Gigantamax Cinderace and Inteleon. Download the game from the Google Play Store to participate in these thrilling events.
