Pokémon Go Tour wraps up its Los Angeles appearance with some exciting states

Over the weekend, Pokémon Go enthusiasts flooded the Rose Bowl

• Fans gathered to catch new, thrilling Pokémon from the Kalos region
• Citizens capitalized on special bonuses and peripheral events

While some of us are struggling under heavy rainfall, California remains sunny. If you were at the Rose Bowl this past weekend, chances are high that you joined the excitement for Pokémon Go Tour: LA.

This highly anticipated event, previously held in Taiwan and the USA, drew massive crowds to Los Angeles. It wasn't just about connecting with fellow trainers; it also introduced numerous Pokémon inspired by the X & Y games.

The numbers speak for themselves: 43,000 trainers attended the main gathering at the Rose Bowl, while another 330,000 participated in city-wide activities. Together, they caught a staggering 11 million Pokémon in just one day!

Mastering the Collection

I visited Los Angeles during winter for the Arknights Endfield preview and can confirm it remains quite warm. Yet, fans braved the weather to enjoy this spectacular event.

If you missed out, don't fret! A new global in-person Go Tour is coming from February 28th to March 1st. Players worldwide can join for free. Although it may lack the grandeur of the main events, it features all the same perks, including Kalos region Pokémon.
