Get ready for the arrival of Gigantamax Kingler in Pokémon GO on February 1st! This Max Battle Day event will feature the debut of this powerful Water-type Pokémon in six-star Max Battles, offering players a chance to catch a shiny version.

This event expands the roster of Gigantamax Pokémon available in Pokémon GO, following the recent addition of Gigantamax Lapras. Gigantamax forms, a special type of Dynamax, significantly boost a Pokémon's size, strength, and appearance, and unlock unique G-Max Moves.

Max Battle Day Event Details:

• Date & Time: Saturday, February 1st, 2025, 2 pm to 5 pm local time.
• Featured Pokémon: Gigantamax Kingler (six-star Max Battles). Shiny encounters possible!
• Strategic Advantage: Utilize Max Mushrooms to temporarily amplify the damage output of your Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon during Max Battles.

Event Bonuses:

• Increased Max Particle Collection: The cap on Max Particles collected increases to 1600.
• Power Spot Enhancements: All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles, refreshing more frequently and yielding 8x more particles.
