This Pokémon Go update brings several event bonuses. From January 10th to 11th, enjoy an increased Remote Raid Pass limit. You can also collect up to five extra free Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, and the Shiny Gallade encounter rate in Mega Raids is boosted.

For an extra boost, a $5 Event Ticket offers eight additional Raid Passes from Gym Photo Discs, increased Rare Candy XL drop rates from Raids, a 50% XP bonus, and double Stardust from Raid Battles.

A Mega Gallade Raid Day Ultra Ticket Box will also be available for purchase in the Pokémon Go Web Store for $4.99 (or local equivalent).
