New Details: Punishing Gray Raven CN x Devil May Cry 5 Collaboration

Launching May 22

Kuro Games, the developer of Punishing Gray Raven (PGR), recently hosted a special livestream on April 27 focusing on the upcoming PGR x Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) collaboration. This crossover will introduce DMC5 characters to PGR’s CN server, accompanied by exclusive banners and a unique collaborative story event.

The PGR x DMC5 collaboration was initially revealed during PGR’s 5th anniversary livestream in late 2024, offering a preview featuring DMC5's Dante and Vergil as new additions to the game. In the most recent broadcast, the developers confirmed their involvement along with other fresh event information.

Kuro Games officially announced the PGR x DMC5 crossover is scheduled for release on May 22 on the CN server. No announcements have been made regarding a potential release in other regions.

Free Dante Omniframe and Limited Gacha Banners

Throughout the collaboration, players can obtain a Dante Omniframe for free by completing Chapter 6 of the exclusive crossover story event. Additionally, a Vergil Omniframe will be available exclusively through the event's limited-time banner.

Four special rate-up banners will run during the event: Dante Rate Up, Fate Dante Rate Up, Vergil Rate Up, and Fate Vergil Rate Up. During this period, pull costs will be discounted to 175 Black Cards per attempt.

Furthermore, players will receive a bonus duplicate for the first two copies of Dante or Vergil obtained through pulls, delivered via in-game mail. For instance, pulling one copy of Dante or Vergil will grant an extra copy. Two pulls will yield two additional copies. This bonus system applies only to the first two pulls, after which the standard 1:1 ratio returns.

Punishing Gray Raven is playable on iOS and Android across five regions: China (CN), Taiwan (TW), Japan (JP), Korea (KR), and Global (GL). In November 2024, the developers outlined a synchronization plan to merge multiple updates for global servers, aiming to catch up with the CN version by the end of 2025.
