Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.1, "Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne," launches February 26th, escalating the Flame-Chase Journey with new challenges and mysteries.

Honkai Star Rail Version 3.1 Introduces New Characters

Two new 5-star characters join the roster: Tribbie and Mydei. Following the securing of Nikador's Coreflame, players explore the Grove of Epiphany, a new map, rescuing survivors and unraveling the catastrophe's origins. The quest continues with the retrieval of Cerces' Coreflame to restore hope to Okhema.

Version 3.1 delves into the Abyss of Fate (formerly Janusopolis), now revealed in its Day State. This exploration unveils the Era Chrysea's forgotten history and Tribbie's past. Tribbie (Tribios), a 5-star Quantum Harmony character and Janusopolis' Holy Maiden, carries a prophecy from Kephale about Deliverance.

Mydei, Castrum Kremnos' crown prince, is a fierce 5-star Imaginary Destruction character. His combat style involves sacrificing HP to power up, triggering an enhanced form with automatic enemy attacks during his turns.

Returning Characters and Events

Version 3.1 brings back limited 5-star characters Yunli (first half of the warp event) and Huohuo (second half).

The Divergent Universe event returns with a research focus on Amphoreus and a new Day/Night battle system, altering combat buffs and effects based on the time of day.

"The Awooo Firm" event casts players as managers assisting Okhema's chimera squad.
