"Reverse: 1999 Launches Chinatown Showdown Update Part One"

If you've been eagerly anticipating the Hong Kong cinema-inspired "Showdown in Chinatown" update for Reverse: 1999, your wait is finally over! Version 2.5, part one, is now live, bringing with it a host of exciting new features, including limited and five-star characters.

In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to bring Nightpiercer to justice once and for all.

Liang Yue is introduced as part of the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Alongside this, all players can claim a free garment for the beloved character Windsong. If you're aiming to add these and other top-tier characters to your roster, you'll be pleased to know that there are 40 free pulls available through various rewards and events.

WuxiaAdditionally, two new challenges await you with special rewards: "When the Alarm Sounds" and the board game-themed "Critter Crash." Both events run until the 29th and offer rewards ranging from Limited Portraits to a new garment.

The traditional Chinese-style dress that Liang Yue sports is also inspiring a new garment series called "Old Stories New Perspectives." This series is available for characters like Jiu Niangzi, Tuesday, Sotheby, The Fool, and Windsong.

Keep an eye out for the new limited building, where you can collect Red Envelopes through tasks and minigames. These can be exchanged for various rewards, including 5-star insight coupons, portraits, and growth materials.
