The Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault has unveiled its eight finalists, marking a thrilling chapter in one of the world's premier eSports tournaments. With an astounding 515,000 players from 221 countries competing in 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches, the road to the Final Stage was nothing short of epic. Now, the stage is set for an unforgettable showdown on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum.

Reigning champion Alessandro Bianco will defend his title against a talented lineup including Hizir Balkanci, winner of the first Open Qualifier, alongside Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim, and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. This fierce competition is poised to captivate audiences worldwide.

Adding to the excitement, the tournament's format introduces a dynamic twist. The eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a tennis legend. Gilles Simon, former ATP world Number 6 and a finalist from last year, will captain one team, while former Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli will lead the other. The teams will clash in a series of matches, with winners advancing to the Winner Bracket. Those eliminated will have a second chance in the Loser Bracket, where individual competition takes over, and only one will be crowned the Roland-Garros eSeries champion.

The event promises to be a spectacle, with renowned French personality and Twitch streamer Samuel Etienne, boasting over 1 million followers, hosting alongside esports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1, Benny, aka GP365. The tournament will be brought to life in the spirit of Roland-Garros, featuring a replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom outfits. Esteemed French umpire Aurélie Tourte will officiate the matches, ensuring a thrilling experience.

A limited audience of 250 spectators will be present in the auditorium, while the global audience can tune in live on Samuel Etienne's Twitch and the Roland-Garros YouTube channels at 4pm CEST. Viewers can look forward to watching every match, engaging in interactive segments, and enjoying passionate discussions with special guests about the worlds of tennis and eTennis.
