Jagex has just revealed an exhilarating roadmap for RuneScape spanning 2024 and 2025, and fans are buzzing with anticipation! First on the agenda is the highly anticipated Group Ironman mode. If you've been eager to embark on a RuneScape adventure with your friends, without any external help, this mode is for you. Scheduled for later this year, Group Ironman allows you and up to four friends to tackle the game together, relying solely on your collective skills. No XP bonuses from outsiders—just pure teamwork.

This autumn, brace yourselves for an exciting new challenge: The Gate of Elidinis, a unique Skilling Boss. You'll venture into the Sanctum of Rebirth to discover a hidden shrine devoted to the enigmatic goddess Elidinis. This encounter is part of an upcoming major story quest that promises to enrich the RuneScape universe.

The roadmap promises a plethora of story quests. Winter will see the return of some beloved classic storylines, taking you back to the Desert to resolve unfinished business with Amascut. After completing the Desert Finale quests, you'll face off against Amascut, the Devourer, in an epic new end-game boss encounter.

Skilling enthusiasts have much to look forward to, with 110 skilling updates on the horizon. This year, expect a Woodcutting & Fletching update featuring a new skill tree and weapons to unlock. Meanwhile, 110 RuneCrafting and 110 Crafting updates are slated for 2025.

Later this year, the seasonal event 'Harvest Hollow' will debut, bringing a new quest, eerie rewards, and chilling seasonal activities. As the year winds down, the beloved 'Christmas Village' will return, complete with new quests, festive activities, and a sleigh full of Christmas rewards.
