SaGa-Inspired DLC and Cross-Save Update Released for Vampire Survivors

Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling new free DLC titled Emerald Diorama, which brings the rich lore of Square Enix’s fantasy RPG series, SaGa, into its universe. This marks the largest update to the game yet, blending JRPG elements with Vampire Survivors' signature gameplay.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a unique stage that functions as a mini world map, offering players a sense of world-hopping adventure. Over a dozen new characters join the fray, ranging from puppeteers to singers of cursed melodies, adding depth and variety to your journey.

With over 16 new weapons at your disposal and the innovative Glimmer system, you can now randomly pick up new skills during your run, enhancing your strategic options. Additionally, the game's soundtrack has been expanded with nine new music tracks to immerse you further into the experience.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama, head to Moongolow and engage with a new merchant to purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold. From there, you can unlock the content piece by piece, enjoying a layered progression system. The DLC also introduces character parties, allowing you to assemble and control your own mini squad.

Furthermore, the DLC includes two new Adventures, each comprising six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" enhances the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" adds more content to the new DLC, providing hours of additional gameplay.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

In addition to the Emerald Diorama, the base game has received a free update called The Coop, centered around chickens. This update introduces Gazebo, a new chicken character, along with a new weapon and a relic that speeds up the game.

Players can unlock various achievements and access Darkana. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens unlocks the full potential of The Coop update. A helpful tip: refrain from killing anything for the first minute of playing The Coop to unlock the Gaze of Gaea. Evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.

Vampire Survivors, along with the free DLC Emerald Diorama and the free update The Coop, is available on the Google Play Store. The game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing you to continue your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
