It feels like ages since I first played the demo for Is This Seat Taken?, and it's been nearly two months since the release date was announced. The anticipation is finally over, as developer Poti Poti Studio has launched this cozy puzzle game, allowing me to dive into my quest to become an actor by satisfying every passenger in the room.

While this might not mirror my own real-life ambitions, it is protagonist Nat's dream within their charming little world, and your task is to help them achieve those goals.

However, there are a few challenges along the way: you'll meet a variety of quirky passengers with distinct preferences and pet peeves. Your job is to act as matchmaker, ensuring everyone sits exactly where they want to be.

Whether it's placing someone wearing an enormous hat in the back row of a cinema or keeping a week-old unwashed traveler away from a sensitive Karen on the bus, you must satisfy everyone's needs at your own relaxed pace.

With no leaderboards or countdown timers to stress over, and featuring delightful art and a touching story, this game promises to be a truly comforting experience.

If you're ready to jump in, Is This Seat Taken? is available for purchase on the App Store and Google Play as a premium title priced at $9.99.
