The digital platform, Pokémon TCG Pocket, is set to dazzle with its upcoming update: the Shining Revelry expansion, introducing the highly sought-after Shiny Pokémon. Get ready for a sparkling experience as The Pokémon Company brings these unique, glittering versions of your favorite Pokémon into the game.

When Are Shiny Pokémon Arriving in Pokémon TCG Pocket?

Mark your calendars for March 27th, 2025, as that's when the Shining Revelry expansion will launch. This update is jam-packed with over 110 new cards, including Shiny versions of beloved Pokémon like Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu. What's more, these Shiny cards will shimmer when tilted, adding a new layer of visual excitement to your collection. Starting April 1st, you can also grab a Shiny Charizard-themed display board and binder to showcase your prized possessions.

But that's not all! The expansion will also feature Pokémon and Trainers from the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet games, with cards spotlighting Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Iono. From March 28th to April 27th, new ex Starter Deck missions will be available, offering you the chance to earn a deck ticket that can be exchanged for one of nine starter decks.
