This fiery new skin transforms ice into molten rock, snowfields into ash plains, and tranquil lakes into bubbling lava pools. While technically the same faction, Solaris abandons Polaris's glacial strategies for far more explosive tactics.

A Fiery New Chapter in Polytopia's Lore

The update introduces scorching new backstory surrounding an eternal war devastating multiple worlds. After Polaris established contact with the mysterious Gaami, the conflict intensifies with the Ralmi's arrival – fire-wielding invaders who erupted from underground to target the Square.

The Ralmi's first conquest involves enslaving Solaris and spreading their pyromantic devastation across the land.

Solaris Brings Devastating New Abilities

This molten faction possesses extraordinary powers, including converting waterways into hardened lava that dramatically alters map navigation. Their Pyro units leave burning trails with every movement, while Ash Archers can immobilize foes.

Steam Wagons swiftly traverse lava rivers, and Lava Banks generate stars by intentionally setting terrain ablaze for expansion. Check out Solaris in action below.

Players can master destructive techniques like Heatwork for terrain-altering craters, Geothermics for volcanic power generators, and Explosives for maximum devastation. Meanwhile, the Ralmi introduce deadly new threats including Tuagama Lizards and volatile Igmina Crystals.
