Ubisoft releases Animus Hub, a central location for all Assassin's Creed games
Ubisoft's new Animus Hub, launching alongside Assassin's Creed Shadows, centralizes access to the entire Assassin's Creed franchise. This unified platform mirrors the approaches used by Battlefield and Call of Duty, providing a single point of entry for various titles.
Players can launch Assassin's Creed Origins, Odyssey, Valhalla, Mirage, and the upcoming Hexe directly from Animus Hub. The Hub also introduces unique "Anomalies"—special missions within Assassin's Creed Shadows—that reward players with cosmetic items or in-game currency for acquiring outfits and weapons.
Beyond gameplay, Animus Hub expands the lore. Players can delve into journals, notes, and other materials detailing Assassin's Creed's modern-day narrative, enriching their understanding of the overarching storyline and connections between games.
Assassin's Creed Shadows transports players to feudal Japan, immersing them in the world of samurai conflicts and intrigue. The game is slated for release on March 20, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
