The secret shop in R.E.P.O. is found inside the Service Station, an area you can only access between missions. The earliest opportunity to visit is after completing Level 1 and meeting your quota, at which point the Service Station becomes available.

Once inside the Service Station, direct your gaze to the ceiling to locate the shop's entrance. Look for a loose ceiling tile, which can be easily revealed by throwing a grenade or other explosive. This entrance is typically positioned near the healing items.

After finding the entrance, you have several options to reach it. In multiplayer, a teammate can boost you up. Alternatively, use the double jump upgrade or the Feather Drone. If you're armed, you can also shoot the tile to expose the opening.
