Uno! Mobile and other titles receive Beyond Color update
Mattel163 enhances three mobile card games with colorblind-friendly decks. The "Beyond Colors" update introduces decks using shapes (squares, triangles, circles, stars) instead of colors to represent card values, improving accessibility for colorblind players.
This inclusive update benefits Phase 10: World Tour, Skip-Bo Mobile, and UNO! Mobile. Players can activate the Beyond Colors decks via in-game avatar settings under card theme options.
The Cleveland Clinic estimates 300 million people globally experience colorblindness. Mattel163 collaborated with colorblind gamers to design consistent symbols across all three games. The company aims for 80% of its game portfolio to be colorblind-accessible by 2025.
UNO! Mobile, Skip-Bo Mobile, and Phase 10: World Tour are available on the App Store and Google Play. For more information on Mattel163 and the Beyond Colors update, visit their official website or Facebook page. These classic card games—UNO!'s race to empty your hand, Phase 10's phase-completion challenge, and Skip-Bo's solitaire-style gameplay—now offer a more inclusive experience.
