Wizardry Variants Daphne introduces new Legendary Adventurer, Raffaello

Wizardry Variants Daphne has introduced a brand-new Legendary Adventurer. Raffaello is a malevolent alchemist on a quest to resurrect his deceased wife. He makes his debut in a dedicated Unique Remains event, coinciding with the return of the Old Castle Ruins dungeon.

It's Thursday, and as we approach the weekend, take a moment to consider those unfortunate souls dungeon-diving elsewhere. However, if you're navigating the corridors of a forgotten tomb in Wizardry Variants Daphne, you won't be going it alone! A fresh adventurer named Raffaello is joining the battle.

Fittingly for the dark fantasy setting of Wizardry Variants Daphne, Raffaello isn't exactly a hero. This wicked alchemist has already caused his wife's death and now aims to bring her back using the same sinister alchemy that claimed her life initially.

Fortunately, he offers some valuable skills: restoring MP by defeating enemies, dealing spell damage to front-row foes while healing allies simultaneously. Raffaello will be obtainable through his exclusive Unique Remains event running until October 14th, featuring a bonus version that allows other party members to use his equipment.

Mad alchemy

Raffaello's assistance will be essential. Why? Because the third beta for the Old Castle Ruins dungeon is now live! This high-difficulty area features an internal structure that shifts periodically, with entrances opening and closing at regular intervals during specific seasonal windows.

With Raffaello available for recruitment and items like the Quicksilver Crosier, Pyrite Armguard, and Ashbone Light Armor boots up for grabs, there's plenty to collect. Check out our Wizardry Variants Daphne tier list and reroll guide to see which other characters you should recruit!
