Wuthering Waves Version 1.4: "When the Night Knocks" Update Unveiled

Kuro Games has released the highly anticipated version 1.4 update for their open-world RPG, Wuthering Waves. Titled "When the Night Knocks," this update introduces a chilling atmosphere, shrouded in mystery and illusion. Players can expect two new Resonators, fresh weaponry, an expanded storyline, and engaging new events.

Version 1.4 plunges players into the Somnium Labyrinth, a captivating yet unsettling realm filled with enigmatic visions and challenging encounters.

New Resonators: Camellya and Lumi

Two new Resonators join the fray: the five-star Camellya, possessing a mysterious and alluring charm, and the four-star Lumi, a delightful yet fiery character. Lumi will become a permanent fixture in the Afterglow Coral Store. However, Camellya's appearance is limited to Phase I of the "End of the Lost Trailer" event.

Somnium Labyrinth and New Weapons

The "When the Night Knocks" event features the revamped Somnium Labyrinth, a rogue-like adventure with high stakes. The five-star weapon, Red Spring, is introduced in Phase I, followed by the Stringmaster and Verity's Handle in Phase II. The four-star Somnoire Anchor also makes its debut.

Weapon Transmogrification

A new weapon transmogrification feature, also known as Weapon Projection, allows players to alter the appearance of select weapons, including the Somnoire Anchor and the Formless Series.

New Companion Story: Forking Path Among the Stars

This update includes a new companion story, "Forking Path Among the Stars," providing more interaction with Camellya as she explores the greenhouse at Black Shores. A new Echo, Phantom: Inferno Rider, also appears.
