Zenless Zone Zero, a free-to-play action RPG, is making waves. Following the success of Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, miHoYo's latest offering has expanded their reach across multiple platforms.

The game's strong performance is evident in its recent achievement: securing a place in the top 10 most popular PlayStation games, according to Circana's "US Player Engagement Tracker Top 10 Titles" report. This impressive ranking puts ZZZ alongside gaming giants like Elden Ring and Minecraft. (Note: Circana's ranking is based on weekly user engagement; playtime data wasn't a factor.)

Launched on July 4th, Zenless Zone Zero quickly gained momentum, reaching the #12 spot on the PS5's Top 40 most-played games chart within its first week. Further highlighting its success, PocketGamer.biz reported that the game generated nearly $52 million in gross player spending ($36.4 million net) on mobile within its first 11 days, peaking at $7.4 million on July 5th across the App Store and Google Play.

While not yet surpassing the overall success of miHoYo's other titles, Zenless Zone Zero is already holding its own amongst established heavyweights like Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Roblox.
