Pan Studio will unveil the global release date for their upcoming third-person shooter RPG gacha game, Duet Night Abyss, in a live stream on August 26, 2025. Following a prior announcement on social media last July, the game is expected to launch within Q4 2025, and the upcoming reveal is likely to confirm a date within that timeframe. The developers also plan to showcase new gameplay improvements during the stream, as confirmed on their official social channels.

Optimizations After Closed-Beta Test 2 This June

In addition to the release date, the team will respond to feedback gathered during the second closed beta test, which ran from June 12 to July 2, 2025. Based on insights from the previous beta, the developers aim to reduce repetitive tasks, enhance gameplay flow, and deepen player immersion.

Key optimizations include refinements to character movement, main story pacing, reduced time constraints, grind mechanics, and the Secret Letter system. Other updates will focus on quality-of-life improvements, UI enhancements, upgraded character models and environmental assets, multiple bug fixes, and mobile performance optimizations.
